Our Story

Hello! We are Megan and Gabe Kling and we work, love and live here in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Gabe is a retired professional surfer who was born and raised in St. Augustine, Fl. He started investing in real estate about 15 years ago and is now a Broker Associate at Endless Summer Realty. Gabe is laid back, understanding and patient. He's very straightforward and he's an excellent communicator through the entire process. Gabe is a life long resident of St. Augustine and has a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhoods and local community. He understands the market and the complexities that are associated with each real estate transaction and is able to navigate and negotiate them successfully for his clients.
I met Gabe in my last semester at Flagler College. I was lucky enough to spend time traveling with him during his last few years surfing on tour and then to be a stay at home mom for 8 years to our 3 wild and crazy little boys. During the first few years of Gabe’s real estate career, we renovated and sold 5 homes together. The process of incorporating style and experiences in a home is something I fell in love with and I knew I had to share these services with our real estate clients. Collectively we offer full-service real estate and styling services to our buyers and sellers. From home buying and selling to interior styling and renovating we have the resources you need.
Outside of real estate we love to make time for family dinners, the ocean and travel. You can find us at the beach surfing, letting our crew run wild on the hills at the Fort, biking around town, and hitting up our favorite local restaurants on date nights!
